I saw you again today- wearing the dress you wore the day my world fell apart. The green dress with the blue buttons. I smiled, you smiled back. It was if nothing had ever happened. As if my life had never seemed as bleak as the dead concrete surrounding, as if you had never seemed as cold as the fresh winter air. I turned the corner.
